The building has four heights, with four apartments per floor, community garden and a swimming pool. Community and urban area are peaceful and quiet. This apartment is composed out of two from the 3rd floor apartments, joined together, since the building was constructed back in 1987. While still very close to shopping areas and a gas station, the street is quiet being the house surrounded by properties of similar characteristics, with green zones and pools, providing views in all three facades surrounding the apartment.
