We are seeking farm/ranch in Nevada – home with at least 100 acres and with water for irrigation.
Land that could be used for alfalfa and/or cattle and sheep. A guest house or bunk house would be a plus for hired help. Any home size but with ability to build new home but we need out buildings/ sheds/ barns and such for the animals and fencing. Land has to be zoned to allow us to build dream home on it, but has to have something for us to live in the meantime.
Year round stream or pond is wonderful.
