Secure home on Little Corn Island, Nicaragua in the Caribbean Sea. This house is 2 years old and has been rented almost every month for ~$600US after I moved out.

You can leave this house alone when you’re not there if not rented.
The house comes fully furnished, a turnkey property. Little Corn Island is ~1 square mile located ~7 miles from Corn Island by ferry. There are no motorized vehicles and white sand beaches. It’s a tourist attraction that is getting more popular with each increasing year and a great place to spend time. I have two houses, so selling one.
